RETURN POLICY
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Email us at hello@klothelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please enter in the subject "Return + Order #" and let us know what you would like to return and a brief reason (size issue, etc).
- A return address will be provided to you. Send us your unworn item(s) through Canada Post.
- We recommend using recorded delivery through Canada Post as we are not responsible for any packages not delivered to us.
- Once we receive your item and confirm that it is in original condition, we will issue a store credit and send you a confirmation email
- Please note KLÖ THE LABEL does not cover the costs of returns.
REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE
Not in love with your KTLs? Returns are easy and our team is here to help. Simply email hello@klothelabel.com within 14 days from the date your order was shipped, with your order number to get this process started.
KLÖ THE LABEL will gladly accept returning items for store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned pieces and will not expire.
Please Note:
Returning items are not eligible for refunds.
All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Original shipping fees and/or Route Shipping Insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
SALE / DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE
All site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for return or gift card.
EXCHANGES
KLÖ THE LABEL does not process exchanges however, should you wish to select a different item, please a new order and we will ship your package to you as promptly as possible. You will receive a store credit for the original item purchased.
